App does not unminimize when another instance is opened while minimized

Description

If the app is minimized and you try to open another instance like with search, it does not unminimize the app and only focuses it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Fluent Auto Clicker
2. Minimize the application using the minimize titlebar button or right clicking the titlebar then minimize
3. Open search, type Fluent Auto Clicker, and open it

Expected behavior

When I try to open another instance, it should unminimize the existing instance and focus it

Actual behavior

When I open another instance, it only focuses it but does not unminimize
