Description
If the app is minimized and you try to open another instance like with search, it does not unminimize the app and only focuses it.

Steps to reproduce
- Open Fluent Auto Clicker
- Minimize the application using the minimize titlebar button or right clicking the titlebar then minimize
- Open search, type Fluent Auto Clicker, and open it
Expected behavior
When I try to open another instance, it should unminimize the existing instance and focus it
Actual behavior
When I open another instance, it only focuses it but does not unminimize
