Program does not detect VLC

Describe the bug
I want to play the animes on VLC Media Player. I already have VLC installed via web-downloaded installer before I have installed ani-cli, but when I add the option --vlc it says "Program "vlc.exe" not found. Please install it."

Steps To Reproduce

1. Run ani-cli -d flcl
2. Choose 2 (fooly-cooly)
3. Choose episode 1

Expected behavior
It detects VLC , where it plays the anime on.

Add VLC's path to windows PATH environment variable, then reopen the bash and try it again.
Also you can use ANI_CLI_PLAYER with VLC's path if the mentioned solution is not enough.

I have no issue with ani-cli --vlc. Also I made a custom docker image for my TrueNAS PC, that streams remotely to my other pc's VLC via a VLC wrapper (shell script basically). 😉

But to answer your question:

C:\Windows\system32>where vlc.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe

$ which vlc.exe
/c/Program Files (x86)/VideoLAN/VLC/vlc.exe

Oh sorry, I mixed up the two users. @enriender011 what are the outputs of the commands above?
