Dupplicated bidder smarthub

After the renaming of "Smarthub" to "Attekmi", both smarthub.md and attekmi.md remain in dev-docs/bidders/, each using "smarthub" as the bidder_code, resulting in a duplicate entry in the generated bidder-data.csv file.

Hi @CleoGitHub

Thanks for your report. I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature. Renaming is always a burdensome task for every party involved, which is why a lot of bigger companies shy away from it.

By design, I would say this is not a bug, but a consequence of having two entities sharing the exact same code and docs with different company names.

You could add enabled_download: false to the old adapter. This might remove it also from the bidders.csv
