The whole repo appears to be broken: "Failed to parse public key: Invalid encoding in minisign data"

Problem

I can't install anything from the main Soar repositories. Everything I try to install results in the following error: "Failed to parse public key: Invalid encoding in minisign data".

Steps to reproduce

Run soar install "#ppkg.moreutils".

Expected behavior

Binaries are downloaded and installed. Instead, the aforementioned error message appears for every binary it attempts to download.

You need to replace the pubkey in config to be the raw value instead of URL. See https://github.com/pkgforge/soar/releases/tag/v0.12.0
