[Bug]: WINDOWS: after closing the app while a thread is running it and relaunching it you keep seeing as if it is still working and pause button does not work at that moment.

Steps to reproduce

1. send a prompt on windows app
2. close the app
3. relaunch the app
4. still shows working, timer keeps going up, pause button does not work. you have to wait forever if you dont know better. but if you just send a new prompt suddenly the timer is back to the moment of the closing of the app and the new prompt is processed, pause button now works. I go through this problem at least twice a day...

Expected behavior

When you close the app, it must not show up as working when relaunched. and the prompt that had been working must have been stopped unless it is on cloud.

Actual behavior
