Can you share how to rebuild opencv and php-opencv debian package?

Hi,

Can you share how to rebuild opencv and php-opencv debian package?
I've rebuild opencv-4.6 from scratch but I would like to debian package of it samething with php-opencv ones.

Installation is failing on my server, Ubuntu 22.04, I'm also interested in how you make it. On a related note, opencv 4.7 is out, would you consider adding it here?
