Nemo's search is very slow

Wherever I use Nemo's build in search function, it takes ages to get results.

When I use the find CMD in bash shell, the results are almost immediately or take a few seconds. Why?

Is there some "hidden" feature to make Nemo's search faster?

Turn off heavy features like media columns, emblems, thumbnails, and item counts in the preferences, and woah, you make Nemo faster, but if there's problems, you can tell me
