Adding Rack information into a Device will cause Diode to create duplicate Rack objects every time.

Steps to reproduce

Add a Rack object to a Device object and add to Netbox.

Expected behavior

Use an existing rack object in Netbox that matches the name and Site.

Observed behavior

Duplicated Rack objects.

hi @mdmat. Currently, Diode follows NetBox buildin matching criterias and for Racks it is the following> https://github.com/netboxlabs/diode-netbox-plugin/blob/develop/docs/matching-criteria-documentation.md#dcimrack

So, Name and Site is not a uniqueness criteria for NetBox. Try to set Location for it.
