Custom theme not saving

Current Behavior

when i go to make a custom theme and save it i do a typing test and go back to settings and it resets my custom theme and doesnt show where i saved it at.

Expected Behavior

i expected for the theme to stay when i saved it or atleast have the option to name the theme or have the option to use it as a main theme

the theme should save if you click "save as new", you can rename the custom theme using the pencil icon when hovering over it
