Add `.getNonPrimitiveType()` getter

Thanks for #2831! Happy to see the progress with the API.

To draw your attention, the intrinsic type getters list is missing .getNonPrimitiveType(), which is available in Strada. It was added rather recently (microsoft/TypeScript#61562). It might have been overlooked, or perhaps it was decided to drop this getter?
