Steps to reproduce the bug

1.Navigate to 'Machine configuration'.
2.Click 'Create your new environment' and choose 'Microsoft Dev Box'.
3.Click the drop-down list of projects.

Expected result

1.Only the projects that the user has creation environments permissions for can be displayed in the list.

Actual result

1.All projects in the subscription are displayed in the list, regardless of whether you have permission to use them.
