Partner Center missing "Submission Options > Notes for Certification" required for certification resubmission

My extension Swift Seat Mobile Bot failed certification with the following message:

"Please provide test account credentials, or a reasonable explanation as to why test credentials cannot be provided for your extension in the Submission Options > Notes for Certification when the extension is resubmitted."

However, my Partner Center interface does not contain a Submission Options or Notes for Certification section, even when using the desktop version.

This extension does not require a test account or user login.

To test the extension, simply use the following test key:
Test Key: TF-99-PRO-HQ06OJ

No username, password, or other credentials are required. The test key alone is sufficient to access and verify the extension's functionality.

Could you please advise where I should provide these notes in the current Partner Center UI, or let the certification team use the above information during the review?

The certification feedback is asking for testing instructions to be provided in the "Notes for certification" field when resubmitting your extension. This field is available on the "Submit your extension" page that appears after you complete all required submission steps and click Publish. You can use this field to provide test credentials, testing keys, special instructions, and any other information needed by the certification team to validate your extension.

For your extension, since no user account or login is required, you can provide the following information in the Notes for certification field when resubmitting:

• No username, password, or additional credentials are required. The above test key is sufficient to access and verify the extension's functionality.

If you are unable to locate the Notes for certification field after reaching the Submit your extension page, please provide a screenshot of the page displayed after clicking Publish, and provide a HAR file while doing this and we will investigate further to help you unblock.

I see that the last submission you did was on 7/27/2026, 5:44:00 PM, please note that it takes 5-7 business days to complete the review process, once it is completed successfully your updated extension will be live on the Edge store.
