Bug Description

I am unable to create folder and add files in Microsoft azure storage explorer in the adlsgen2 (blob container).
I am facing this issue as it says I don't have authorized role to upload files or create folder.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Microsoft azure storage explorer
2. open connect dialog
3. select the adls gen2 blob
4. enter the display name and blob url
5. verify account and connect
6. go to the desired blob and create folder and upload file in the created folder
