pgjwt--0.2.0.sql and TLE

Hi guys.

I took a look at this file in the title in the latest version of PGJWT and am trying to determine if an upgrade is needed.

I reviewed the new functions. The notes say that they are for TLE compatibility. Could someone please explain what's meant by TLE? I did some Google searches and couldn't find anything.
