[Docs] Update Layer5 Cloud links and badges in organization README

Current State

The "Layer5 Cloud" section in the organization README.md links to the layer5io/kanvas-docker-extension repository. The associated GitHub stars, contributors, and help wanted badges are also sourced from that repository.

This is misleading because the repository does not represent Layer5 Cloud itself.

Desired State

Update the "Layer5 Cloud" section so that it references the appropriate public resource for Layer5 Cloud, and replace or remove any GitHub badges that currently point to an unrelated repository.
