Unable to install from crate.io. Old dependency

I am unable to install batch_resolve package. Using Rust 1.45

That might be not trivial to fix, since the API of trust-dns have changed since then,

Use the pre-built releases for the time being

It's sad that crates.io de facto suffers from the leftpad issue. The needed version is yanked and cannot be downloaded in cargo install.
I've no idea why this is so, and it makes zero sense, but nevertheless -- you should still be able to manually clone the repo and run cargo build --release in order to get a binary built from sources on your system.
