Effects doesn't allign correctly.

I need some more information to be able to address this:

1. What Minecraft version is this?
2. Do you have any additional mods installed, and if so, do the problem go away if you only have Status Effect Timer installed?
3. Does this happen all the time, or just under certain conditions?

Looking more closely at your screenshot, I believe the problems you are seeing stems from another mod, like Status Effect Bars. Status Effect Timer just provides a numerical countdown, and that seems to be quite rightly aligned with the icon.

I am using 1.21.11. I have a lot of mods installed (Armor Hud, Carpet mod, JourneyMap, Mod Menu, MaLiLib, Shulker Box Tooltip, Status Effect Timer). And it happens all the time.

Well, if you only install Status Effect Timer, do you have any problem? To be clear: the bar at the right on your screenshot is not provided by SET.
