Support long directive names in the `{$IFOPT}` directive

Delphi 13 has added support for long directive names in {$IFOPT}.

We'll need to add support to the CompilerDirectiveParser.

This is what I have noticed and think might need to change, please let me know what you think @cirras.

Changes to support long directives names:

• Some of the long directives don't have counterparts in api.directive.*
  • E.g., TYPEINF, INLINE
  • Ensure all these types are present in their relevant class, e.g., CompilerSwitch
  • Add new types of directives for directives like CODEALIGN, and SETSUBVERSION
• CompilerDirectiveParserImpl needs to handle the long names and their long values
  • It would then construct more types of values.

There are some additional changes that, I think, could lead to future improvements:

• CompilerSwitchRegistry seems to general and could maybe be repurposed to CompilerDirectiveRegistry or something. That way, the other directives can be registered too.
• Adding support for IfOptDirective::isSuccuessfulBranch
