This input would be called "read-only" and would follow the styles of the other label + input items, except instead of an input field it would be used to show static values. It is different than a disabled field because a disabled field implies that the value can possibly be edited at some point, whereas read-only text (without the dropdown/text input box/etc) implies that it is a static value that is not editable in the context they're viewing it in.
