UnleashedRecomp crashes horribly on my pc on launch

Describe the Bug

When launching the UnleashedRecomp application, both my monitors would start to flicker black. Then, it would freeze on the SEGA logo screen and stop responding, i'd have to force close the game. Both my monitors would still flicker while it's happening. idk what caused this. It was just fine a few months ago when i played it.

Expected Behavior

I just thought the game would run normally after Rolling back drivers, and changing something within it's config to "Vulkan"
