Convert pdf first page only to thumb

I use this the following to convert multi-page pdfs to thumbs. Makes the process much faster:

```
convert -thumbnail x300 source.pdf[0] dest.jpg
```

(notice the [0])
How can I reproduce this with mongoose-attachments?
