Problem Statement
Prior to the new Alerts & Monitor System, we were able to assign individual alerts to specific teams. This feature was crucial for us to effectively manage and filter multiple alerts by team.
Currently, while monitors can be assigned to teams, alerts cannot. This limitation makes it very difficult for us to manage alert ownership across multiple teams in our organization. As a workaround, we are currently forced to add team prefixes to our alert names, which is not ideal or scalable.
Solution Brainstorm
Reintroduce the functionality to assign alerts directly to teams, similar to how monitors are currently handled. This would allow for better filtering, clear ownership, and cleaner organization within the new system.
