Introducing Shubham — API and provider reliability contributions

Hi everyone, I'm Shubham Padkonde. I work with Python and JavaScript, and I'm getting involved in pygeoapi while preparing for GSoC 2027.

My recent contributions include #2407, covering whole-coverage downloads through GDAL virtual paths, and focused API input-handling fixes. I'm interested in reproducible provider failures and regression tests that reflect real deployments.

For the next contribution, are there provider/coverage workflows or content-negotiation cases that maintainers particularly want investigated? A pointer to an existing unclaimed issue or a realistic dataset/setup would help me focus the work. I'll follow up on the existing PRs and discuss the next issue's scope before starting it.
