I have a possible solution for #3286.
When a character has the Concentration status active and then gains the Incapacitated condition, a small chat message is triggered that allows the user to break Concentration with a single click (similar to what arbron suggested in the FR discussion).
Additionally, the PR could be extended so that the "Break Concentration" button is also included in the Concentration Save request message
