Error in XML Simple installation

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use Module 72_FritzSmart.pm
2. Look at logfile
3. See error
   PERL WARNING: could not find ParserDetails.ini in /usr/src/app/core/lib/perl5/XML/SAX

Expected behavior

No Warning, ParserDetails.ini should be installed

Error seems to be caused with cpm skaji/cpm#306
