Feature request: Update Adminer #1583
Description
There are several updates after a long stagnation period for the Adminer DB manager. While Adminer stagnated at v4.8.1 but has now resumed and is at v5.4.1. There was a fork called AdminerEvo which progressed to v4.8.4 but then stagnated, There was also a fork called AdminNeo which integrated some 3rd party plugins we use from Pematon and it's at v5.2.0. I'm not sure where things have digressed, but it seems best to pursue the AdminNeo fork at this point. I have a local working version with all the features/plugins available in our current iteration.
