Subject: [PATCH] ci: run the DST schedule regression in the PR unit contracts

The daylight saving unit test now calls WorkflowSchedule::nextCronOccurrence()
directly and extends PHPUnit's TestCase, so the database-independent PR
unit-contract slice can run it.
