Describe the bug.

X64 sdk can't be uninstalled on ARM64 even set System Environment Variables.

Reproduction Steps

1. Clean ARM64 machine and install latest VSCode
2. Login VSCode with your GitHub Account to enable usage of CoPilot
3. Install 10.0.204 x64 sdk by using the system level installer
4. Set x64 install path in System Environment Variables
5. Ask the agent in the chat window to uninstall .NET SDK 10.0.204

Expected Behavior

10.0.204 x64 sdk can be uninstalled successfully

I'm going to try to add an optional architecture argument to the tool and fail if the arch isnt os.arch() (* caveat: os.arch may be wrong on mac - need to check this) - and then have it find its own way to do (aka install or uninstall)

Seems like the new flag works well.

os.arch() may be wrong on darwin but so is uname. Im not going to block this with adding code to make a system call to get the correct arch.
