OTA upload fails, both firmware and littlefs. Disabling bluetooth allows it to work. Not definitive but worked for two tests.

The OTA upload has begun failing, not sure at what firmware revision this started but fairly recent. I just tried with the latest beta and same issue.
Also when not working the upload appears to stop and restart.

Thanks for the report. issue should now be resolved by stopping Bluetooth and other Websocket work while Elegant OTA update runs.
Next release version should come out soon.
