Add ESP32-S3 example

Could you please add an example demonstrating how to integrate the CO5300 driver over QSPI with the ESP32-S3? It would be really helpful.

I've added an example for esp32s3 qspi co5300 in #7, and it seems to work well. You can check it out for reference, though there's still some work to do before #7 can be merged.

The development board I was using got damaged. I have ordered a replacement and I will give it a try once it arrives.
