Periodical sweep

During upload chunks are saved in a folder and removed when the chunks are merged and sweep functionality is enabled. This means un finished uploads can leave chunks behind.

It would be beneficial to have a timed execution which removes old left over chunks. Old can mean for example "older than a week".

This is a good place to add expiration. Which means an upload can became invalid when it expires.

24 hours in my opinion is a good candidate for TTL.
