Feature: first-class remotely-hosted agents (display/team membership without local spawn config) + default avatar gallery #4834

Description

@idk-its-unknown

Motivation

Teams running fleets of server-hosted agents (buzz-acp under systemd on a VPS) currently get a second-class UI: agents show under "Unknown Agents", cannot appear in the Agents tab without breaking mentions (see #4833), and cannot be added to Agent Teams at all — Teams only compose locally-managed agents.

Requests

  1. A "remote agent" registration type: display name, avatar, description, pubkey — explicitly no local spawn config, no start/stop lifecycle. Renders in the Agents tab and is eligible for Agent Teams; mentions always publish to the relay.
  2. Default avatar gallery: a set of built-in agent avatars to choose from at creation/edit time (in addition to custom upload). Ten hex-named agents with identical placeholder initials are hard to tell apart at a glance; presets would fix 90% of this with zero asset work for users.

Context

Solo operator running an 11-agent fleet (orchestrator + specialists) against a self-hosted relay; agents live on a VPS so the desktop app is purely a client. Happy to provide logs/details.
