[Bug] Launch stack image missing

Bug reports:

In the launch stack selector on the Create a Workspace page the image is missing / broken.

This is because Content-Security-Policy returned does not include the url where Launch buttons are from: https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/gh/buildkite/cloudformation-launch-stack-button-svg@master/launch-stack.svg. Or we need to change the url to another one included in our policy.
