List (or hash) partitioning?

Wondering what your thoughts are about supporting list or hash partitioning. Would that be something you'd be interested in adding to this gem and do you have a guess as to whether it'd be easy or hard to add?

Added basic support for hash partitioning in the hash-partitioning branch, but not sure if it's something I'd like to merge yet.

Yeah! We run a multitenant app and we've been contemplating partitioning various tables by site_id for ages but have been a bit hesitant due to the maintenance overhead and a bit of FUD.

Feels like it'd be relatively straightforward to add an after commit on create hook to Site that would enqueue a job that would create partitions in partitioned tables... (edit: forgot that with hash partitioning you don't have to actively create new partitions. Very cool! And that hash-partitioning branch looks v promising. If I ever have time 🥲 I'll test it out)

If pgslice supported this use-case I think we'd happily use it for new & existing tables.

Just popping in to say I have the same use-case as @sdhull. Not urgent, but would be super nice to have.
