Battery Notes Version

Describe the issue

After manually adding the sensor and restarting HA, I do not see a new "Battery+" entity within the device.
Instead, I get the "Battery Replaced" entity, even though I have disabled this in the global settings of Battery Notes.

Hi,

I do know the Shelly H&T Gen1 is a bit of a problem device, I don't have one myself and have never tracked down what the actual problem is with it.
The Battery+ will only be created if the device exposes a battery in a regular way, I'm guessing there's something odd with this device.
What you can do is set up an entity based battery note, rather than a device. Choose the battery percentage entity for the device and see if that works. If it doesn't you can then create a template to manipulate the battery into a proper one

On you second point, turning off the enable last replaced will only set that to disabled on new battery notes added, it will not change existing ones, so at some point this device was added with it enabled. You will have to manually disable the enabled button/sensor on existing devices. Been a while since I looked at this so had to remind myself how it worked!
