[BUGS] Extension Options Panel

Summary
Clicking the "Add-ons Page" link at the bottom of the extension's dropdown menu and the "Manage Shortcuts" option within the extension's options subview fails to open the expected respective configuration pages.

• The bug is reproducible on both existing and freshly created Firefox profiles.

For example, the Chrome Mask add-on has this style of extension options.
Shortcuts are also available in the Manage Extension Shortcuts window.
However, neither Extension Options nor Manage Shortcuts does anything when clicked.
