Incorrect Jumping for Table of Contents Titles

Describe the bug
When there are two of the same title, pressing the title in the table of contents sidebar always takes you to the first instance of it.

To Reproduce

1. Create a markdown file with 2 headers that are the same.
2. Click on the second header in the table of contents page.
3. You are taken to the first header instead.

Expected behavior
Clicking on the second header should take me to the second header!
