Description
As a player, I want to request to teleport to another player using the /tpa <player> command. If the other player is ignoring me (using the /ignore command), the request should be denied instantly. The other player can accept the most recent tpa request to them using /tpaccept or accept a request from a specific player using /tpaccept <playername>.
