On developers.uniswap.org/dashboard, opening the "Request a higher rate limit" flow shows a modal that is broken visually.
Steps to reproduce:
- Log in at developers.uniswap.org/dashboard.
- Open the flow to request a higher rate limit for an API key (Topic field defaults to "Uniswap API", "What do you need help with?" defaults to "Request a higher rate limit").
- Observe the modal.
Expected: the modal (Topic, "What do you need help with?", Continue button) should be centered on screen, fully readable, with the page content dimmed consistently behind it.
Actual: the modal floats in the upper left area, disconnected from a properly sized container. The page content behind it (API Keys table, sidebar) is only partially dimmed and overlaps the modal, making the form hard to read and use.
