[Feature] Specify runtime when creating podman container

Feature Description

This isn't that much of a bug since it isn't a podman default, but I think it would be a good idea to check what container runtimes are available (crun, runc, etc) but a container runtime should probably be specified for people that use like krun (lightweight kvm container) or something

Use-Case

Leads to less confusion
