ArtifactId renaming to add terracotta- prefix

Seen with @ljacomet, this is to avoid having a lot of jars with common names and regroup all terracotta jars when in a kit or webapp.

So we have to rename to:

terracotta-statistics
terracotta-management-api
terracotta-etc
```
