There is another issue. You need to use two game accounts. Place one account near the shop entrance, and summon a pet (such as a divine beast) on the other account. Then repeatedly enter and exit the shop with the second account. The pet sprites from this account will keep lingering on the screen of the first account. Each entry and exit will leave one more duplicate pet image.
