Config variables into a list

Optional idea: There are a lot of variables put into Global environment once run config.R and 00_setup.R

This is fine if just running the end to end process from the master script, but can make reviewing the process, troubleshooting more confusing.

Could these be stored in a list and say, list called config and then accessed by config$variable_name

Following your suggestion, I have stored all variables from config.R in a list (9498f73).

Do you think I I should also add the variables from 00_setup.R to this list? They're obviously not from config.R but still loaded at the beginning of each script.

I guess this is yet another matter of opinion but would be keen to hear your thoughts on this.
