Does this happen with all models or just that file? You can also try with adding --backend dx12 to the command before running. This may be an issue with outdated or incompatible drivers.

I don't know about all models but it does happen to others & I haven't had this work for me yet. See attached file.

What CPU and GPU are in your computer? The log messages show that xc3_viewer is using an outdated graphics driver for intel integrated graphics. The issue may be fixed by updating your drivers from the official website. Your integrated GPU should be modern enough to run Vulkan or DX12. I've also seen several issues in the past where the discrete Nvidia or AMD GPU isn't being used properly for some reason. This usually happens on laptops.

My laptop's CPU is 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1355U 1.70 GHz & its GPU is Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics. Fully updating my drivers using Intel® Driver & Support Assistant didn't change the log messages.
