The code still uses python 2, this should either be updated to python 3 or a comment to install python 2 should be added to the readme.
If using for training again it might be worth updating the 'documentation' section of the readme to make it clearer that the python gridrecon.py takes 2 arguements, the path to the star co,ordinates (in all_stars section) and your choice of 2 of the 3 dimensions written as [a,b]
