Test Cards Not Working

Hello, trying to run a test on the paytsack payment page with the provided test cards, but none is simulating a successful or failed transaction.

Am getting responses like, "cardinal lookup failed", "merchant can't access international transaction" etc.

How do i go about this or do u have any other test cards
