Localisation coverage status badges cacheable #1
Description
Status badges as seen on https://github.com/OpenRCT2/Localisation/blob/master/README.md (ie https://api.openrct2.website/localisation/status/badges/en-GB) are cacheable, thus not showing accurate information on the current or recent status.
It would be better to use cache-controlling HTTP headers to limit cache lifetime (if any) : Cache-Control & ETag are a start.
