GPL Violation: IN2015 source frozen at 13.1.0.587 — OOS 13.1.0.593 already public

IN2015 devicetree/vendor/oplus sources here are still at 13.1.0.587 (dab8a26, 2024-06-27), but OnePlus has publicly shipped IN2015 OTA 13.1.0.593(EX01) since (ref android_kernel_oneplus_sm8250#54). Branch kept moving — latest 01fb392 (2026-08-12) — just not for IN2015.
Please sync devicetree-4.19, camera/display-devicetree, and vendor/oplus/* for the current build.
