Dirichlet_boundary_condition is no longer functional, even if enabeled is set to True

It seems to me that Dirichlet_boundary_condition is no longer functional, even if enabled is set to True.
You have to use the Dirichlet_options
It is confusing.
In my opinion, this element should be removed.
