The new features in iOS 7 make this no longer strictly a VoiceOver product.

Mauricio suggests "TeclaBoard" -- it's a play on keyboard because "tecla" means "key" in Spanish. "TeclaPad" would be a similar concept, but it collides with iPad, so I don't think we want it.
